About The Role

The Techno-Functional Lead will play a pivotal role in leading the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically focusing on Learning and Talent Management modules. This role requires a unique blend of functional expertise and technical skills to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle HCM solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to HR, Talent, and Learning teams, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and an exceptional user experience.

Lead the configuration, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud Learning and Talent Management modules.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into effective system solutions.
Configure and maintain Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC), Talent Profiles, Talent Review, Performance Management, Goal Management, Succession Planning, Career Development, and Skills & Competencies Framework.
Provide functional guidance on Oracle quarterly releases, assessing their impact on the business and recommending best practices.
Develop and maintain Oracle HCM reports and analytics using OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, and Oracle Fusion Analytics.
Perform data loads, mass updates, and conversions using HDL, Spreadsheet Loader, and HSDL.
Troubleshoot and resolve data, configuration, and system issues, ensuring smooth operations.
Support inbound/outbound integrations, collaborating with integration teams on REST APIs, SOAP Services, HCM Extracts, and file-based integrations.
Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities to maintain data integrity.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
7+ years of Oracle HCM experience, with a minimum of 3+ years focused on Learning and Talent Management.
Hands-on experience configuring Oracle HCM Cloud Learning and Talent modules, demonstrating a strong understanding of HCM data structures, security, and role-based access.
Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders in a lead or solution architect capacity, ensuring effective translation of business requirements.
Strong experience with OTBI Reporting, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL Data Loads, and Fast Formula.
Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST & SOAP APIs, SQL, and Excel/Data Analysis is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
