About The Role

State Street Investment Management is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Client Relationship Management team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be a key member of the organization and will be located in State Street’s Dublin office.

A minimum of four days working from the Dublin office is required for this role.

Major Responsibilities

Act as the senior point of contact and trusted adviser for a portfolio of institutional clients, taking ownership of relationship quality, retention and client satisfaction.
Build and maintain effective relationships with senior client stakeholders, investment consultants, trustees and other key decision-makers.
Take end-to-end ownership of client onboarding and mandate implementation, setting expectations, resolving escalations and coordinating internal teams to achieve timely funding and revenue activation.
Identify opportunities to retain and deepen client relationships through a strong understanding of client objectives and the firm’s investment products, strategies and capabilities.
Develop a comprehensive knowledge of State Street Investment Management’s investment offering and communicate relevant solutions with credibility to clients and consultants.
Lead periodic investment reviews, due diligence meetings and senior-level client presentations, partnering with investment and product specialists as appropriate.
Maintain high-quality client intelligence in Salesforce, including strategic account plans, meeting notes, stakeholder information, opportunities, risks and agreed actions.
Ensure the firm’s anti-money laundering and know-your-customer policies are properly applied at onboarding and throughout the relationship lifecycle.
Demonstrate risk excellence by promoting a robust compliance culture, exercising sound judgement and ensuring adherence to governance, regulatory and internal control requirements.
Influence and coordinate colleagues across investment, operations, legal, compliance, product and other functions to deliver strong client outcomes.

Education and Experience

Completed university degree or equivalent qualification from a recognised business school; a relevant postgraduate or professional qualification is desirable.
Typically 10 or more years’ experience within financial services, preferably including experience in institutional client relationship management, asset management or a closely related discipline.
Strong working knowledge of investment products and the institutional investment landscape.
A global mindset and a strong appreciation of operating effectively in a diverse working environment.
Excellent presentation, negotiation and written and verbal communication skills.
Strong planning, prioritisation and organisational capabilities, with the judgement to manage competing demands and sensitive issues.
