Scope

As a Product Manager for India, this individual contributor role will support and drive execution of product strategies, launches, and lifecycle management for ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) products. The role focuses on translating strategy into execution, driving adoption, and supporting business growth through customer insights, KOL engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Product Manager will partner with sales, clinical, and marketing teams to execute product strategies and deliver successful product outcomes.

This role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end product lifecycle including launch planning, pricing support, and performance tracking while building strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, customer needs, and market dynamics.

Essential Functions & Accountabilities

  • Product Strategy Execution
  • Support development and execution of product plans aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Translate market insights into actionable tactics and initiatives.
  • Contribute to product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
  • Product Launch and Commercialization
  • Support end-to-end execution of product launches, including go-to-market activities.
  • Assist in developing pricing strategies based on market insights and competitive analysis.
  • Work with marketing teams to execute campaigns across digital, events, and field channels.
  • Enable sales teams with product training materials, tools, and customer-facing content.
  1. Product Lifecycle Management
  • Track product performance (sales, adoption, customer feedback).
  • Support ongoing optimization of product positioning and messaging.
  • Assist in lifecycle activities such as enhancements, line extensions, and phase-outs.
  1. KOL & Clinical Engagement
  • Support identification and engagement of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) such as clinicians and embryologists.
  • Coordinate KOL programs such as advisory boards, conferences, and content development.
  • Work with clinical and education teams to support evidence generation and product validation.
  • Track effectiveness of KOL initiatives.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales to ensure effective execution of product initiatives in the field.
  • Collaborate with Marketing for campaign execution and demand generation.
  • Work with Clinical and R&D teams to provide customer and market feedback.
  • Coordinate with global teams as needed for alignment.
  1. Market & Competitive Analysis
  • Conduct research on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Support development of insights that inform product and pricing strategies.

Travel

Willingness to travel up to 30–40% across India

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Foundational understanding of product management and commercialization
  • Strong execution focus with attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of:
  • Pricing strategies and market dynamics
  • Healthcare or medtech industry (preferred)
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional, matrix environment
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills

Work Environment

  • Onsite role
  • Mix of field engagement and desk-based work
  • Flexibility required for travel, events, and stakeholder meetings

Experience

  • 4–5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or commercial roles
  • Exposure to:
  • Product launches or campaign execution
  • Cross-functional projects
  • Customer-focused solutions
  • Experience in healthcare, pharma, medtech, or IVF/ART is an advantage (not mandatory)
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
