Dental Front Desk

• Are you an experienced Dental Front Desk who knows how to keep the schedule full and the patients happy.
• We are looking for a motivated, organized, and personable Dental Front Desk to take a key role in our growing dental practice.

What You'll Do

• Welcome patients with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist patients with questions
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
• Manage the daily appointment schedule and maintain efficient patient flow
• Collect copayments, deductibles, and outstanding balances
• Review treatment estimates and financial responsibilities with patients
• Process payments and maintain accurate patient account information

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who understands that the front desk is the first impression of our practice. We want a team member who makes every patient feel welcomed, respected, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

Requirements

• Friendly, professional, and personable
• Reliable, punctual, and highly organized
• Must be bilingual English/Spanish
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment
• Excellent at communicating with patients and team members
• Detail-oriented and comfortable handling payments and patient accounts
• Familiar with dental terminology and insurance procedures
• Experience with dental practice management software is a plus
• Able to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude

Benefits

• $18 - $22 per hour
• Health Insurance (50% after 1 year)
