Zoho Expert & Automation Specialist (Commercial Real Estate/Lending)

Are you passionate about building smart, automated systems that make businesses run smoothly? We’re looking for a Zoho Expert who can leverage AI and the Zoho One ecosystem to streamline workflows, boost efficiency, and enhance customer experience.

🌟 What You’ll Do

-CRM Cleanup & Data Management

-Audit and clean existing Contacts, Accounts, and Deals in Zoho CRM.

-Deduplicate and standardize data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

-Implement AI-powered tools for continuous data hygiene and enrichment.

Workflow Automation

• -Design and implement smart workflows in the Deals module.
• -Automate lead-to-deal conversion and reduce manual processes.
• -Build task automation to maximize team productivity.

Reporting & Dashboards

• -Create real-time dashboards for key company KPIs.
• -Provide actionable insights into sales performance and pipeline health.
• -Empower leadership with data-driven decision-making.

Customer Portals & Engagement

• -Develop branded portals for borrowers and clients.
• -Centralize documentation, communication, and deal progress.
• -Use AI to personalize and elevate client interactions.
• -AI & Integration
• -Deploy Zoho’s AI tools (Zia, chatbots, AI workflows, etc.).
• -Integrate Zoho apps (CRM, Creator, Books, Cliq, etc.) into a unified platform.
• -Build scalable solutions aligned with best practices.

Requirements

• ✅ What We’re Looking For
• -Proven experience with Zoho One application, particularly CRM, Creator, Analytics, and Flow.
• -Required: Prior project experience within the commercial real estate or lending industry using Zoho solutions.
• -Strong expertise in building automations, dashboards, and client portals.
• -Familiarity with Zoho AI tools and their applications.
• -Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• -Ability to translate business needs into effective, scalable Zoho solutions
