Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain all MEP systems including Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, DG sets, STP, WTP, UPS, and Building Management Systems. Monitor daily operations of all technical equipment and utilities. Attend breakdown complaints and ensure timely rectification. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities as per schedule. Maintain daily logbooks, checklists, and maintenance records. Monitor HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, chillers, pumps, and utility equipment. Ensure proper functioning of fire alarm and firefighting systems. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance activities. Conduct routine inspections of plant rooms, utility areas, and equipment. Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements. Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for energy saving. Support audit activities and closure of technical observations. Prepare incident reports, maintenance reports, and technical documentation. Ensure proper housekeeping and safety in plant rooms and work areas. Respond during emergency situations and coordinate with concerned teams.
