What this job involves: We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Project and Development Services team in Florida. In this role, you'll manage complex construction and real estate projects from start to finish, developing project scope and schedules, managing budgets, and coordinating between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders. You'll provide superior client service while proactively managing project issues, conducting meetings, coordinating vendor RFPs, and maintaining meticulous documentation. What your day-to-day will look like: Manage large, complex projects and proactively resolve project-related issues throughout the assignment lifecycle Develop project scope documents and schedules that align with client objectives and budget parameters Conduct and document weekly meetings with clients, contractors, and internal teams Coordinate vendor RFPs and maintain accurate electronic files and documentation Oversee general contractor activities and coordinate technical relocations with minimal client disruption Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and quality deliverables Prepare project status reports, process purchase orders and invoices, and maintain financial tracking files Manage accounts receivable in accordance with corporate finance guidelines Required qualifications: Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience 4+ years of relevant experience in project management or construction management Proven ability to prepare, track, and manage project budgets effectively Strong understanding of technical requirements for business relocations and construction projects Highly organized with strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with executive-level clients Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities, and work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Proficiency with project management software and technology platforms, MS Project Microsoft Project and Procore. Valid driver license Preferred qualifications: Direct experience in commercial real estate or corporate construction management Accounting and forecasting experience. Familiarity with architectural drawings, furniture specifications, and space planning concepts Track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments Experience working with corporate clients on large-scale projects Flexibility with work hours and willingness to travel as projects require This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
