FIELD MANAGER / LICENSED CLINICAL SUPERVISOR (FTR Program)

Full-Time | Bronx, NY | Salary up to $120,000

University Behavioral Associates (UBA) at Montefiore Medical Center is seeking a passionate, mission‑driven Licensed Clinical Supervisor to join our Family Treatment & Rehabilitation (FTR) program — a vital, community‑based initiative funded by NYC Administration for Children’s Services (ACS). This is an opportunity to lead a team making a direct impact on child safety, family stability, and long‑term well‑being. Your clinical expertise and leadership will help ensure families receive thoughtful, coordinated, and effective support.

What You’ll Do

Clinical Facilitation & Supervision

• Facilitate and/or participate in clinical meetings with staff, families, and/or ACS
• Facilitate family meetings, assess clinical needs, and make referral recommendations
• Direct supervision of staff; consultation to staff and colleagues as needed; development and delivery of trainings (mental health, substance use, and related topics)

Team & Program Management

• Oversee referrals, assign cases, and ensure timely completion of clinical documentation
• Work closely with ACS, community providers, and internal teams to coordinate care
• Monitor key deliverables, charting requirements, and program quality indicators

Schedule & Requirements

• Location: 334 E. 148th Street, Bronx NY 10451 (some travel may occur)
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm; occasional evenings/weekends; periodic on‑call coverage
• Spanish proficiency is a plus

• A master’s required, doctoral degree preferred (Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling)
• Active NYS License required (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC; licensed or limited permit Psychologists)
• Experience working with families and/or child welfare systems
• Strong clinical assessment skills (mental health, substance use, family functioning)
• Excellent organizational and managerial abilities
• A collaborative, strengths‑based mindset
