Responsibilities

• Safely administer routine medications in accordance with state regulations and community policies.
• Provide compassionate personal care, assistance, and support to residents while promoting their dignity and independence.
• Observe residents and report any changes in condition to the Registered Nurse, Wellness Director, or Supervisor.
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure each resident receives personalized, high-quality care.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create a safe, positive, and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and medication protocols.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach with an understanding of the aging process.
• Dependable, professional, and committed to providing outstanding resident care
