Commissioning Manager MEP - Data Center Constructions Projects

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead the commissioning and startup of MEP systems for mission-critical data center projects . This role is responsible for ensuring all electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and life safety systems are tested, validated, and delivered to meet project, client, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning activities for critical MEP systems, including power, cooling, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and controls.
• Develop and manage commissioning plans, schedules, testing procedures, and turnover documentation.
• Oversee FAT, SAT, functional testing, integrated systems testing (IST), and system startup.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Track commissioning issues, RFIs, risks, and corrective actions through project closeout.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or related Engineering field.
• At least 5+ years of proven commissioning experience with MEP systems , preferably in data centers or other mission-critical facilities .
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution, HVAC/cooling systems, controls, plumbing, and life safety infrastructure.
• Experience managing commissioning documentation, testing, and project schedules.
• Fluent in English and Spanish .
• Data center commissioning experience strongly preferred.
