  • Collaborate with project teams on strategic assignments for leading companies across various industries
  • Conduct in-depth market research, data analysis, and benchmarking to support project objectives
  • Analyze complex business problems and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Develop presentations, reports, and other client deliverables to communicate key findings and strategic recommendations
  • Participate in client meetings, interviews, and workshops to gather information, validate hypotheses, and support problem-solving
  • Take ownership of workstreams and contribute to the development of strategic plans, operating models, and organizational redesigns
  • Support quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and performance improvement
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, STEM, Data Analytics
  • Strong academic record
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in business analysis, strategy consulting, management consulting, or a related field
  • Demonstrated analytical, structured problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Strong ability to analyze data, identify insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization or analytical tools is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality outputs within tight deadlines
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with clients and senior team members
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
  • Proactive, driven, and intellectually curious, with a strong ownership mindset
  • Adaptable and receptive to feedback, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to think commercially and make data-driven decisions
