About The Role

Native Cloud knowledge and hands on experience from a platform perspective (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS)
AWS and/or Azure development and deployment experience including microservice architecture on the cloud
Understanding and working knowledge of using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to represent service architecture and configuration
Passionate about fast feedback cycles, continuous integration, devops, and test automation
Experience building secure, scalable software systems (UI, API’s, data persistence layers)
Experience leading a cross functional software team including frontend/backend/QA/Devops engineers
Strong hands‑on expertise in Java and Java‑based microservices (mandatory)
Frontend/UI experience (React/Angular/TypeScript/NodeJS) is a plus  
Experience working with and leading remote teams including offshore resources
Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retros, backlog grooming)
Hands‑on coding and technical contribution experience is mandatory
Has worked with UK clients and team (Preferred)
Has working experience of the onshore – offshore model
Has experience of commercial awareness in aspects such as revenue recognition and margin management
