About The Role

Experienced AMOS Consultant with 12+ years of overall experience, including at least 7 years of hands-on AMOS experience in an MRO environment. Strong understanding of MRO functional processes is required, with expertise in at least two areas such as technical records, maintenance planning and forecasting, engineering, shop/line/base maintenance, configuration management, procurement, or master data management. Manage technical queries and user support by troubleshooting configuration, data, interface, and access-related issues, while ensuring timely resolution or escalation. Identify and drive process optimization and automation opportunities to improve workflows, reduce manual effort, and support testing, deployment, and adoption of enhancements. Responsible for impact assessment of reports, data workflows, interfaces, structural changes, and dependency analysis. Document as-is and to-be business processes, identify ERP or AMOS process gaps, and propose practical business solutions aligned with operational needs. Working knowledge of AMOS interfaces and AMOS administration is preferred, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Note: Consultant will have to undergo customer screening as well.
