Job Description for Senior Network Engineer Position Summary Seeking an experienced Network engineer to manage and lead enterprise IT infrastructure operations across Data Center (Azure, On-premise) and Networks. The role requires an extensive technical expertise, operational excellence, management skills, and a forward-thinking approach toward AI and Agentic AI adoption in IT operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, service reliability, SLA compliance, cybersecurity posture, and continuous improvement of infrastructure services while driving automation and AI-enabled operational efficiencies. Key Responsibilities Senior Network Engineer Lead end-to-end operations of: Data Center (Azure and On-premise) Infrastructure Network Infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN) Ensure availability and operational readiness of enterprise infrastructure. Drive proactive monitoring, incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis. Maintain system uptime, performance, capacity, and reliability. Service Delivery & SLA Management Establish and maintain service levels aligned with business requirements. Monitor and achieve SLA, OLA, KPI, and uptime targets. Lead major incident management and service restoration activities. Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices and service management processes
