Key Responsibilities
- Provide Specialist Technical support to all internal technicians, engineers and sales
- Assist in the resolution of technical issues for Honeywell field technicians on Honeywell Installed BMS associated software, firmware and hardware
- Assist as SME for TRR’s relating to BMS solution design during the Sales process
- Deliver training programs for HBS Staff, customers such as consultants, specifiers, end users and the local authorities so that they can learn from Honeywell’s latest technologies, regulatory updates, and best practices
Key Experience & Capabilities
- Qualified in electrical/electronic engineering or similar discipline
- Over 5 years’ working experience in technical support and/or delivery
- Extensive HBS BMS Product experience is essential
- Strong HVAC Engineering and deployment experience
- Software/PC programming experience
- Tridium Certified Professional required
- Highly organized and structured approach
- Skilled at asking questions and listening to feedback
- Customer & solution orientated approach
- Proactive team player and focus on quality and a right first-time approach
- Strong verbal, written and communication skills
