
QA/QC Manager

About The Role
The QA/QC Manager will work closely with the Site Manager, field personnel, subcontractors, and customer representatives to identify quality issues, verify completed work, maintain required documentation, and ensure corrective actions are completed in a timely manner.
KEY RESONSIBILITIES
- Manage and implement the contract QA/QC program for portable office space and trailer movement activities.
- Conduct and coordinate inspections of trailer movements, placement, setup, relocation, and removal activities.
- Verify completed work meets contract specifications and customer requirements.
- Review work orders, inspection records, checklists, and other quality documentation.
- Identify deficiencies and coordinate timely corrective actions.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and quality of completed work.
- Maintain accurate QA/QC records, reports, inspection documentation, and deficiency logs.
- Coordinate with the Site Manager and customer representatives regarding quality issues and corrective actions.
- Conduct routine site inspections and quality audits.
- Provide quality status updates and recommendations to project management.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, construction, facilities, logistics, modular buildings, or a related field.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience working in Guam or other remote locations.
- Experience with Government or Department of Defense contracts preferred.
- Experience developing or managing QA/QC programs and inspection processes.
- Experience with portable office trailers, modular buildings, temporary facilities, or related services preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with customers, field personnel, and subcontractors.
- Previous QA/QC experience on U.S. Government contracts.
- Experience with portable office/modular building operations.
- Experience with trailer transportation, placement, setup, and relocation.
- OSHA, quality management, or other applicable industry certifications.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa for Guam.
- Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
- Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
