The Creative Project Manager, Email manages critical cross functional programs and projects that support strategic goals across the organization. This role acts as a resource for all functional business areas to support and train project management methodology, and provides appropriate governance to measure company progress and achievement of goals.

This is an on-site position (Monday through Thursday) based out of our Northbrook, IL office with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

A day in the life as a Creative Project Manager, Email...

  • Oversee the workflow process, resources and schedules for content execution, defining project scope and objectives
  • Monitor, develop and update project timelines and providing progress reports to omni-channel stakeholders
  • Orchestrate the completion of clear project briefs to ensure they align with content strategy, defining project scope and objectives
  • Organize and drive the timing and actions of the seasonal cross-channel creative process and work schedule in collaboration with Creative, Marketing, and other Key Stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner and satisfy key business expectations
  • Play a key role in determining efficient and integrated workflow processes by identifying, coordinating and communicating the critical milestones and deadlines for multiple work streams
  • Embrace and introduce current and new technology and processes that support the business
  • Plan, schedule and lead cross-functional creative review/approval meetings
  • Solicit feedback from cross functional partners in order to deliver optimal outcomes
  • Encourage teamwork, collaboration and positive interactions within the team and with all company associates

What you'll bring to the table...

  • Exceptional organizational and project planning/management skills
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work to meet key deadlines
  • Ability to work independently to accomplish both short and long-term goals
  • Experience managing projects through the full life cycle, preferably multi-disciplinary creative projects
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to effectively integrate information from diverse sources and define a clear approach/solution
  • Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
  • Strong communication skills and experience presenting to stakeholders and leaders at all levels

We'd love to hear from you if you have...

  • 4+ years project management experience, including tracking and planning projects
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency with Asana, Workfront and MS Office Suite
