Gentle Care Home Services is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) interested in providing personalized, one-on-one nursing care to children in their homes. Our patient needs and schedules vary, allowing our recruiting team to help identify available cases that may be a good match for your clinical experience and availability.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one nursing care according to the patient's plan of care.
Monitor and report changes in the patient's condition.
Administer medications and prescribed treatments.
Provide assigned skilled nursing care, which may include G-tube, tracheostomy, ventilator, and seizure care, according to the patient’s care plan, your scope of practice, and verified competencies.
Assist with activities of daily living as appropriate.
Complete accurate and timely documentation.
Active, unrestricted Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Current CPR certification.
Ability to meet required background and health screening requirements.
Pediatric or home health experience preferred.
Required clinical skills vary by assignment. Our clinical team will review your experience and competencies to n determine an appropriate patient match.
