About The Role

The Fleet Administrator will be responsible for the following core duties

  • Basic administration tasks in support of the Service Delivery team
  • Maintain and update fleet records and databases
  • Process vehicle tax (Road Fund Licence) updates
  • Manage vehicle de-fleeting and transfer processes
  • Handle Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) and related invoices
  • Support customers with tracking, telematics and vehicle-related queries
  • Process DVLA and vehicle registration (V5) documentation
  • Reconcile fleet records and ensure information is accurate
  • Monitor vehicle tracking alerts and resolve issues
  • Manage spare key records and annual audits

What We're Looking For

  • Intermediate level Excel skills, including lookups, formulas and data management
  • GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Full training will be given on all of our internal systems, but all candidates will require strong computer literacy and proficiency particularly in Excel as a baseline for success.

Salary £26,000 per annum
Annual Leave, 25 days per annum plus all mandatory bank holidays
Full time, permanent role, 37.5 hours per week
