In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electronic, and hydraulic issues on a variety of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing tools.
  • Carry out repairs following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure efficient repair processes and timelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and updating customers on repair progress.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to entry-level technicians.
  • Clearly and accurately document repairs in 360.
  • Other duties as assigned.

For This Role, You Will Need

  • Ability to read and interpret product manuals and product drawings.
  • Working knowledge of computer applications and the capability to read blueprints.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to actively take direction from peers and management.
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and provide updates to customers.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to use a computer.

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
