Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive implementation of S4 test strategy and track the execution progress for RTR/FICO track across SIT, E2E, UAT, Regression, Data Migration, Interfaces, Security & Performance testing including reporting to the program stakeholders.
  • Coordinate testing across multiple sprints at the RTR/FICO release train level
  • Work closely with SI Partners to get the work done for the respective release train
  • Collaborate with business SMEs, functional COE, technical COE, integration COE, security COE and Data COE teams for the release train.
  • Ensure environment readiness, test data readiness and integration coverage across all Sprints for each Program increments.
  • Participate in scrum and highlight testing related risks, issues and dependencies and track them to closure proactively.
  • Present release train level status, risks, dependencies, and mitigations to PMO and leadership forums.
  • Lead, manage, and coordinate all testing activities right from data migration, insprint testing, integration testing, end to end testing and UAT for all implementation for the respective release train.
  • Own & drive entry/exit criteria and ensure adherence to test governance standards
  • Drive continuous improvements and quality gate compliance with program standards.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP testing with deep testing expertise in RTR/FICO modules in S/4HANA.
  • Strong experience of S/4HANA RTR/FICO with deep functional expertise on end-to-end finance processes covering GL, AP, AR, Bank Accounting and Intercompany, Profit Centre and Cost Centre Accounting, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), and integration with MM, SD, PP, and CO.
  • Experienced in test strategies, test plans, and testing frameworks aligning with project objectives.
  • Hands‑on experience with testing tools such as JIRA, TOSCA, TOSCA DI, Solution Manager and testing activities like SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Integration Testing.
  • Experience in driving continuous Test Automation preferably using TOSCA and TOSCA DI.
  • Experience in developing and implementing test strategies and with high focus on continuous test automation.
  • Experience working in SAFe Agile methodology with high focus on continuous test automation (in sprint, SIT, Regression & UAT) including deeper knowledge of JIRA- Xray and TOSCA integration.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and escalation management.
  • Diverse experience in RTR/FICO and integration testing to be able to provide functional test signoff and coordinate automation & and nonfunctional testing.
  • Working knowledge of complex integration landscape comprising the front end, middleware, and backend.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and escalation management.
  • Good analytical and logical thinking abilities
  • Experience in test estimation, resource planning, scheduling, monitoring, controlling, and reporting test status.
