Job Description
Operating out of MUSC Health’s Florence Medical Center, MUSC’s Family Medicine Program offers the Family Medicine Residency Program Manager the opportunity to develop and coordinate the day-to-day operations of a new/continuing training program. The Residency Program Manager will ensure compliance through the ACGME for the accreditation of the program.
- Ensure continuous program compliance with ACGME requirements, institutional policies, and accreditation standards .
- Effectively manage the recruitment process and support resident well-being and development.
- Provide efficient financial oversight, stewardship, and administrative support for the residency program.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Work
- Experience: 5 years for support or 0-2 years for professional
