About The Role

ScholarTrip is seeking an experienced Group Travel Specialist to join our team in Plano, TX. This full-time role supports group and educational travel programs, coordinating complex domestic and international arrangements from initial planning through trip completion. ScholarTrip's group-travel service includes dedicated planning, airfare, accommodations, tours, and ongoing support, so the role fits the company's actual operations closely.

Salary: $26–$32/hour

Duties

Coordinate domestic and international group travel.
Manage airfare, hotel, and transportation arrangements.
Develop and maintain detailed group itineraries.
Communicate with airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers.
Manage booking changes, deadlines, and traveler details.
Provide ongoing support before and during travel.

Qualifications

3+ years of travel industry experience.
Experience coordinating group or educational travel.
Strong knowledge of airline booking procedures.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple complex bookings simultaneously.

Extra Skills (Optional)

Experience with GDS reservation systems.
Knowledge of international travel requirements.
Experience working with universities or student groups.
