Our Specialty Aviation business helps clients navigate the unique risks of a fast-moving global industry. With more than 70 years of aviation expertise , we provide tailored insurance solutions for a wide range of aviation clients, from aircraft operators and airports to manufacturers and airlines, helping them minimize risk and maximize safety.

Working alongside experienced underwriters, claims professionals, attorneys, and risk specialists, you will help deliver innovative coverage solutions and exceptional client service. Supported by a global network spanning many countries and jurisdictions , Specialty Aviation professionals combine deep industry knowledge and technical expertise to help clients navigate complex challenges and keep their operations moving forward with confidence

Responsibilities

  • Support the evaluation and underwriting of aviation risks across areas such as aircraft operators, airports, manufacturers, and airlines.
  • Review underwriting submissions, exposure information, loss history, and other relevant data to support risk selection , pricing, and coverage decisions.
  • Partner with experienced underwriters, claims professionals, attorneys, and risk specialists to develop tailored insurance solutions.
  • Build relationships with brokers and clients while supporting new business and renewal opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging aviation risks to support informed underwriting decisions.
  • Develop technical knowledge of aviation insurance while building analytical, decision-making, and relationship-management skills.

Minimum Qualifications

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be received no later than June 202 7 (unofficial transcript required upon application).

Program Requirements

  • Available to start the Program on July 26, 2027.
  • Analyst positions are in-person opportunities, requiring employees to work in the office at least four days per week.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred majors include Risk Management & Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Aviation Management, or a related field .
  • Demonstrated interest in aviation, commercial insurance, or risk management.
  • Interest in evaluating complex risks .
