About The Role

We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer to join the team of our client—a prominent and stable financial institution.

Please note: Optiveum acts as the recruitment partner and the direct contracting party for this role. The successful candidate will sign a B2B cooperation agreement directly with us.

Your Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing IT systems, including Oracle-based solutions.
  • Collaborating with business end-users to gather and analyze requirements, specifically detailing broad business concepts into actionable tasks.
  • Actively participating in internal software testing.
  • Creating and updating technical and functional system documentation.
  • Collaborating on the development of new solutions and shaping technical directions.
  • Implementing data quality improvements in systems and applications exporting data to the data warehouse.
  • Reviewing technical specifications and project documentation provided by third-party external vendors.

What We Expect

  • A minimum of 3 years of programming experience using C#, .NET (including 4.5), WCF, SQL, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), HTML, and MVC .NET
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, jQuery UI, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Familiarity with the Visual Studio Ultimate 2013 environment.
  • Solid experience in developing web applications.
  • Knowledge of unit testing and test automation processes.
  • Strong understanding of design patterns and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
  • Practical experience designing and developing IT systems for the financial sector or organizations of similar complexity.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to precisely define business and system requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with business clients, internal teams, and external suppliers.
  • High degree of independence, strong goal orientation, and great organizational skills.
  • Native Polish and Advanced English , enabling seamless work with technical documentation.

Nice to Have

  • Basic understanding of UX design principles.
  • Familiarity with Agile and XP methodologies.
  • Knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle databases.
  • Practical experience with at least one CASE tool (e.g., Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect) and UML.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization and knowledge of ITIL.
