The Role

Senior Calibration Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for Malaysia plant wide in-house calibration activity (onsite/offsite).
Responsible for calibrating in-house equipment and collaborate with HYD test development team on new calibration project correlation and data collection.
Serve as the Malaysia calibration site audit lead for customer audits and ISO 9001/14001 certification and surveillance audits.
Ensure proper facilities are available for new equipment calibration support.
Liaise with the team to improve in-house calibration capability. Able to develop and implement calibration procedures independently with minimal supervision.
Compliance with ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations, applicable codes etc.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree holder in Engineering – Electronic, Electrical or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in calibration will be an advantage.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of calibration metrology and SOP requirements.
