What You'll Do

• Engage with customers via phone, text, email, and online chat
• Convert leads into showroom appointments and increase dealership traffic
• Build trust with customers by providing prompt follow-up and a seamless customer experience.
• Work with the sales team to maximize closing opportunities
• Manage customer communications through our CRM system
• Deliver a positive customer experience from first contact through delivery

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in auto Internet Sales, BDC, or Digital Sales: Preferred
• 2+ years of experience in appointment setting and sales performance
• 1+ years of experience using CRM systems
• Proven ability to establish trust and create lasting customer relationships.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license

Total Rewards

The annual estimated earning range for this position is $46,500 - $154,000. (Commission-based Pay Plan)

This position is also eligible for commissions on ("Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit") and/or bonus opportunities ("Individual Units Sold and/or Manufacturer Approvability").

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
