About the Role

As a Senior HVAC Service Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while working on a wide range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities Include

• Preventative and routine maintenance of commercial HVAC equipment
• Advanced fault finding, diagnostics, repairs, and overhauls
• Commissioning and optimisation of HVAC systems
• Small commercial installations and upgrade works
• Reading and interpreting plans and technical drawings
• Servicing equipment ranging from package units through to chillers and central plant systems
• Working with Johnson Controls Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Preparing quotations for minor works and managing projects on-site
• Building strong customer relationships through quality service delivery

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a technically strong and customer-focused HVAC professional who takes pride in delivering quality outcomes.

You'll Bring

• Significant experience servicing commercial HVAC systems
• Strong knowledge of chillers, commercial air conditioning, and central plant equipment
• Refrigeration or Electrical Trade Qualification (HVAC experience essential)
• Restricted Electrical Licence
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting capability
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
