About The Role

A rare opportunity to be part of a unique SVOD service and play an integral role in the growth of the brand, internationally. The Marketing Manager will deliver multi-media campaigns including ATL, TTL and BTL activations alongside partnerships and fandom focused events, across a number of key European markets.

The role will support the Marketing Director based in London to interpret the overarching global brand strategy and execute campaigns that resonate locally and meet both DTC and B2B business objectives.

The successful candidate will be as passionate about reality TV as they are about marketing, combined with an eagerness to work in a digital, data driven business. They will need to be capable of building out strategy, developing and creating tactical campaigns.

A balanced creative and analytical mindset is required, alongside the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with the wider Marketing Team to develop key tent pole marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and KPIs.
  • Support the collation of post-campaign analysis reports to understand their impact and inform future campaigns.
  • Tailor global campaigns to meet specific territory business objectives and produce locally nuanced regional campaigns.
  • Leverage data and insights from internal and external research teams to develop highly targeted and optimised campaigns that reach KPIs.
  • Manage workflows involving creative concepting, briefing, and coordination with both in-house Creative teams and external Creative Agencies.
  • Ensure local compliance for all marketing activities across responsible territories.
  • Own and manage responsible territory budgets, including day-to-day financial management of POs and invoicing.
  • Act as a brand champion for Hayu, working with the marketing team to continuously evaluate and refine the brand proposition and tone of voice across all media touchpoints and responsible markets.
  • Manage PR/Creative/Media agencies (where applicable) to develop tailored PR/Marketing plans for responsible territories.
  • Collaborate closely with the in-house PR and Social teams to create and execute brand/content activations, identify suitable influencers, and deliver consumer and trade press releases when necessary.
  • Manage stakeholders, building collaborative cross-functional relationships internally (Marketing, PR, Creative, Finance, Legal, Research, Content, Commercial, and Product) and externally (Commercial Partners, Brand Partners, and Agencies).
  • Create and execute presentations and pitches for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with multiple B2B/Commercial partners to co-create and execute effective marketing activities that drive relevant brand health metrics.

 

Basic Requirements

  • Proven track record of defining strategy and translating it into tactical plans.
  • Experience in working on large-scale events.
  • Experience in brand partnerships and event sponsorships.
  • Experience in managing commercial partnerships.
  • Strong financial acumen to optimise budgets and allocate funds based on initiatives that drive the highest ROI.
  • Ability to demonstrate execution of 360-degree integrated campaigns and a track record of delivering successful ATL marketing campaigns.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and present campaigns from ideation to post-campaign reports.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong digital marketing literacy and an understanding of managing digital brands.
  • Strong understanding of media planning and execution.
  • 5+ years of experience in a B2C brand role within the media, entertainment, or digital female brand industries are preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree or relevant marketing experience is required.

Desired Characteristics: 

  • SVOD/OTT experience is highly desirable.
  • Passion for reality TV is highly desirable.
  • Experience working on brands with a female millennial consumer is highly desirable.
  • Experience working across European markets, particularly the Nordic, Benelux, and/or French markets, is highly desirable.
  • Eligible to work in the UK (Hybrid model, 4 days in the office).
  • Must be internationally mobile.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is required.
