About The Role

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Audit and analyze freight invoices promptly, including reviewing invoices to ensure appropriate charges are billed and in compliance with the contractual agreements with logistics service providers.
- Investigate issues on pending invoices that may not align with the program billing guidelines and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Support the roll-out or implementation of new tools or processes.
- Communicate to logistics service providers, mode teams, business units, and counterparts in North America, Asia, and the Middle East for any invoicing or audit issues encountered.
- Provide and update the status of each activity or project to superiors and points of contact.

For This Role, You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Transportation, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in audit, accounts payable, billing or invoicing, and/or logistics and supply chain functions (e.g., transportation management system, pricing, order entry).
- Proficiency in English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart
- Knowledge of Logistics or Transportation Operations is a plus.
- Understanding of basic concepts of supply chain is a plus.
