About The Role

The Windsor Court seeks a friendly and efficient Food and Beverage Reservationist to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Reservationist, you will answer multiple calls during the day and handle all Food and Beverage reservations professionally and courteously. You will also optimize F&B revenue according to Windsor Court standards.

Responsibilities

Answering multiple calls during the day and handling all Food and Beverage reservations in a friendly and efficient manner
Optimizing F&B revenue according to hotel standards
Participating in F&B meetings when needed
Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
Maintaining accurate records of reservations and customer information
Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Being available to work weekends

Requirements

High School diploma and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
Previous experience in a customer service role required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Must be able to show initiative in job performance including anticipating what needs to be done before it becomes a necessity.
Must routinely meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be effective at listening to understanding and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests.
Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data and basic arithmetic functions.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
