As a Product Manager, you'll help manage and grow a portfolio of specialised products, including Trust Accounts and Controlled Money. You'll play an important role in improving customer experiences, supporting portfolio performance and helping deliver strategic initiatives that make banking simpler and more effective for customers.
Working with teams across technology, operations, risk, legal, compliance and distribution, you'll help bring great ideas to life, solve complex challenges and support strong governance practices. If you're passionate about products, enjoy working with diverse stakeholders and love finding better ways to do things, this could be the opportunity you're looking for.
This Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country based role offers the chance to influence product outcomes, support business growth and help shape the future of specialised banking products.
What do I need?
- Experience working with business banking products or portfolios
- Understanding of the regulatory environment for professional services customers
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to build effective relationships across a broad range of stakeholders
- Passion for improving customer experiences and product performance
