At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Recruiter to manage the full hiring lifecycle โ from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting offer management.

- Facilitate hiring feedback collection and debrief discussions
- Support hiring managers with candidate evaluations and recommendations
Offer Management & Onboarding
- Draft and present offers to selected candidates
- Support negotiation and acceptance processes
- Coordinate onboarding steps and transition support
- Ensure smooth handoff into onboarding workflows
Recruitment Reporting & Process Management
Track and report on

- Maintain ATS compliance and organized recruiting documentation
- Identify process improvements to improve hiring efficiency and candidate quality
