Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of the car wash site to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery

  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal operation

  • Resolve computer and technology issues involving servers, terminals, software, and hardware.
  • Handle customer concerns, service complaints, and damage claims professionally.
  • Address employee matters, including hiring, scheduling, coaching, policy compliance, discipline, and team development.

Leadership & People Management

  • Recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain top talent.

  • Manage inventory and proactively order supplies to avoid shortages.
  • Maintain the parking lot, convenience store, cooler, restrooms, office, and work areas.
  • Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales while controlling expenses.
  • Oversee all daily site operations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for vendors, repair technicians, suppliers, employees, and customers.
  • Lead daily sales initiatives and promotional programs.
  • Prepare daily deposits, safe reconciliations, and required reports.
  • Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and on time.

Communication

  • Strong communication keeps everyone aligned and successful.
  • Communicate consistently with employees and leadership.
  • Submit a detailed End-of-Day report to your supervisor each day.
  • Review Assistant Manager daily reports and follow up as needed.
  • Ensure incidents are reported and resolved according to company procedures.
  • Respond immediately to HR matters, injuries, and safety incidents while following company protocols.
  • Report employee performance issues and achievements promptly.
  • Conduct regular leadership and safety meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and performance.
  • Learn from mistakes and continuously improve—we expect the same mistake is not repeated.
