Jr. Service Now Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Development: Assist in designing and configuring catalog items, flows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.
• Module Support: Help implement and maintain core modules like Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management.
• System Maintenance: Support CMDB updates, data imports, and integration maintenance using REST API or SOAP.
• Testing & Debugging: Participate in testing cycles, code reviews, and help troubleshoot platform issues.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical design specifications, functional specifications, and user documentation.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Programming: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Foundational Knowledge: Understanding of SaaS platforms, ITIL frameworks, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Certifications: Completion of foundational training or holding a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is highly desired.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
