LBC Mortgage is a well-established financial services company with over 20 years of industry experience. As we continue to grow our Insurance Department, we are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Assist clients with insurance-related questions and requests
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and text
Follow up with clients regarding documentation and policy updates
Accurately enter and maintain customer information in company systems
Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
Work closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience

Requirements

Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written)
Previous Customer Service or Call Center experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace
Availability to work during PST business hours

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
Experience with CRM systems
Sales or client retention experience is an advantage
