About The Role

Are you a motivated team player who enjoys leading by example and creating a great customer experience? As a Shift Leader , you'll help oversee daily restaurant operations, support team members during shifts, and ensure guests receive friendly, efficient service in a clean and welcoming environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing leadership and direction to team members during scheduled shifts
Assisting with staffing, task delegation, and break rotations
Training and supporting new and existing employees
Ensuring excellent guest service, cleanliness, and food quality standards are maintained
Supporting product promotions and point-of-sale activities
Handling customer concerns and resolving issues professionally
Completing cash accountability and shift reporting requirements
Working alongside the team in all areas of the restaurant as needed

What You'll Need

Previous restaurant or customer service experience is considered an asset
Strong leadership and communication skills
A commitment to providing outstanding customer service
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs when required
