What You’ll Do

Install foundation repair, waterproofing, sump pump, and crawl space systems
Work alongside an experienced crew at customer homes
Safely operate tools and equipment
Deliver quality work and an outstanding customer experience
Take on new challenges at different job sites each day

Requirements

What You’ll Need

At least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Ability to perform physical construction work
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally, 50 lbs. frequently, and 35 lbs. continuously
Dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn
Ability to successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings, including background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening (where permitted by law)
