FLEX Customer Service Security Officer – In Person Hiring Event - WEDNESDAY WALKIN INTERVIEWS!!
Interview requirements: Physical copy of updated resume and business casual attire.
Hiring Event Location: 509 Olive Way, Suite 505, Seattle, WA 98101
Time: Every Wednesday from 9am-12pm

Job Site Location: Bellevue/Redmond, WA OR Seattle, WA

Wage: $28.90/Hour

Available Shifts: Flex - (weekly schedule will fluctuate) eligible to work 40+ hpw

DISCLOSURE: To maintain a quality hiring experience, our team can only accommodate a maximum of 12-15 interviews per day. We appreciate the understanding of candidates who may need to return on another day if capacity has been reached.

What Your Day May Look Like

Maintain composure during urgent or high-pressure situations with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public.
Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
Secure entrances / exits.
Conduct patrols inside and outside the client's premises in various weather conditions.
Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.
Set up barriers / signage and provide direction or information to others.
Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Position Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED required, OR ability to complete GED program within 6 months.
Standard computer / technology skills needed.
Must have 1+ years security & 1+ years customer service/hospitality experience.
Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus!
Must be able to conduct patrols throughout a shift.
Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
