We are looking for a talented & passionate Social Media Associate, reporting directly to the Brand Marketing Junior Manager. The Social Media Associate will support the delivery of the brand strategy by managing day-to-day execution of projects and campaigns. This role will be the primary owner of our social media channels, ensuring engaging, on-brand content and community interaction. The role is based in our offices in Kolonos, Athens.

Key responsibilities

• Execute brand campaigns and projects across social media in line with the annual brand strategy and commercial calendar.
• Own and manage all social media channels, including content planning, creation, publishing, and influencer collaborations.
• Develop engaging and relevant content that aligns with brand identity and resonates with the target audience.
• Support the execution of brand events and activations, including on-site content creation.
• Collaborate with other teams to leverage athletes, teams, and influencers in content and campaigns.
• Monitor social media and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Ensure all social media communications follow brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• Experience in a similar role will be considered as an asset.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Experience in content creation (copywriting, basic visual/video content skills).
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for sports, fashion, and digital culture.
• Fluent in English.
