About The Role

Acting as a linking pin with the service provider and all locations receiving the service.
Event risk management and service interruption escalation -> engaging with key stakeholders on any events that may disrupt the servicing being provided to them and responsibility to liaise with control functions e.g. operational risk, business control and compliance on remediation actions.
Sole responsibility for running service review meetings -> scheduling, PowerPoint preparation, minutes, action points, service performance etc.
You will work with engaged managers and have exposure to global teams across all areas of Wholesale Banking (e.g., corporate lending, real estate, and financial institutions etc) in 25 countries. Stakeholder management and developing an internal network is essential.
Assist the global head of GLS in adequate allocation of resources across the teams and associated recharging.
Ensuring compliance of the service provided by GLS with internal ING policies and EBA guidelines.
Analysing GLS performance reports on an ad-hoc basis.
