About The Role

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for performing manual handwork on cylinder parts based on approved work instructions and process specifications.
Perform proper handling and cleaning of parts to prevent scratches, contamination, and other defects.
Conduct visual and dimensional inspection of parts using appropriate measuring tools.
Use Digimatic and precision measuring instruments as required for process inspection.
Identify and segregate defective or abnormal parts and report issues to the Supervisor.
Record production and inspection results accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area and tools.
Follow standard operating procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
Support other production activities and tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Education & Experience

K12 graduate or equivalent; technical or vocational training is an advantage.
Manufacturing or production experience is preferred.
Experience in manual handwork, polishing, grinding, finishing, or inspection is an advantage.
Experience using Digimatic or precision measuring tools is preferred.
Willing to undergo training and qualification for cylinder parts handwork processes.

Skills

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of using measuring and inspection tools.
Ability to follow work instructions and process specifications.
Ability to identify visible defects such as scratches, chips, stains, and surface abnormalities.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willing to learn and perform repetitive manual work.
Ability to work effectively with other members.
Willing to work on shifting schedules and support 24/7 production operations.

Working Conditions

This role is 100% onsite in a manufacturing/production environment.
Requires prolonged standing during production activities.
Requires repetitive handwork and handling of small precision parts.
May require lifting and handling materials weighing at least 1~2 kg.
May require shifting schedules, overtime, weekends, and holidays depending on production requirements.
