About The Role

 We are seeking an experienced Business Engineer to join our dynamic cross-functional team responsible for developing customer-facing web and mobile applications. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business and technology, ensuring that requirements are well-defined, testable, and aligned with our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in requirements engineering and a passion for delivering high-quality web and app solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Engineering: Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements for web and mobile applications (iOS/Android).
User Stories & Acceptance Criteria: Create and maintain high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development.
Backlog Management: Actively participate in backlog refinement and prioritization sessions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Developers, and Architects to translate business needs into clear and implementable requirements.
Effort Estimation & Planning: Support effort estimation and delivery planning to ensure realistic timelines and resource allocation.
Requirement Traceability: Ensure traceability, consistency, and testability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
UX/UI Coordination: Coordinate with UX/UI designers to align business requirements with user experience concepts.
Development Support: Provide ongoing support to the development team during implementation and testing phases.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of product and delivery processes.

Tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma
Quality & Methodology: Requirement Traceability, Testability of Requirements, Documentation Standards, Strong Analytical Skills
Proven experience in requirements engineering for web and mobile applications.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
Experience working in cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog management.

Hybrid work model:   3 days from the office, 2 days of home office.

Office locations:  Warszawa, Poznan, Lublin
