Key Accountabilities

• Customer service
• Sell tickets
• Cash tickets
• Count money
• Withdrawals and returns
• Balancing and deposit end of shift
• Communicating with tote room (customers, lock-out stolen/lost tickets)
• Any other duties as required

Education and Qualification Requirements

• Reading
• Oral Communication Skills
• Written Communication Skills
• PC Skills
• Proficient in math.
• Cash handling experience
• High School or GED equivalent
