 We are looking for a leader who makes Compliance approachable. Someone leaders and employees want to call when they have a question or concern. You will help create an environment where people feel comfortable speaking up, identifying potential risk and working together toward solutions.

This position is based on-site in Kalispell, Montana.

What You'll Lead

As Director of Compliance Regulatory, you will oversee the Logan Health Compliance Program and lead a team of four Compliance & Privacy Partners. You will work closely with Compliance and Privacy leadership across Logan Health and Billings Clinic as our teams continue to develop a coordinated system approach.

Your work will include

  • Directing the implementation, management and ongoing development of the Logan Health Compliance Program.
  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of Compliance & Privacy Partners.
  • Developing and maintaining policies, procedures and practices aligned with federal and state healthcare requirements and Office of Inspector General Compliance Program Guidance.
  • Conducting system-wide compliance risk assessments and partnering with leaders to identify vulnerabilities and develop corrective action plans.
  • Overseeing the evaluation, investigation and resolution of reported compliance concerns and potential violations.
  • Monitoring regulatory developments and translating changes into practical guidance for leaders and operational teams.
  • Establishing and monitoring compliance dashboards that identify trends, goals and areas of organizational risk.
  • Developing standard, repeatable processes and self-service resources that allow facilities and leaders to address compliance matters earlier and more effectively.
  • Leading compliance education and training across the organization.
  • Serving as a liaison with state and federal regulatory agencies in collaboration with legal counsel.
  • Chairing applicable Compliance Regulatory Committees and communicating significant compliance matters to senior leadership.
  • Developing and managing the Compliance Department budget.
  • Working closely with the Billings Clinic Compliance team as our organizations continue to align compliance practices across the health system.

Experience

Healthcare compliance experience is strongly preferred. We are also open to experienced compliance leaders from other highly regulated environments who bring a strong compliance foundation and can demonstrate the ability to quickly develop healthcare-specific regulatory knowledge.

This is a Director-level role. Candidates should bring the compliance knowledge, leadership experience and judgment needed to contribute quickly while remaining curious and committed to continued learning.

Shift

Day Shift - Variable Hours (United States of America)

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
