A position has opened up in Honeywell SPS/ SST for an ambitious LOB Supply Planning Manager. You will report to the Director of Supply Planning with the opportunity to develop and demonstrate your planning and leadership skills and play an instrumental role in the success of the company.

As the LOB Supply Planning Manager, you will have the ownership of the Network Supply Planning strategy and execution for your assigned business or channel. You will support your SBG Planning Leadership to set the vision and goals for your Supply Planning function and manage the people and processes to achieve this.

You will partner with the SBG and CORP COE and SME's to deploy the Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM) and facilitate the full adoption of RapidResponse planning tools across your network.

You will oversee the monthly planning cycle for your network, and ensure finished goods supply and inventory plans achieve maximum customer satisfaction and ensure working capital remains within the business goals.

You will be closely involved in product lifecycle events and transitions to ensure the network supply strategy delivers on the product portfolio vitality goals. You will attend and drive monthly SIOP meetings to approve the supply plans and to present these and the associated risks and mitigating plans to the Business leadership in the Reconciliation and Exec meetings.

You will create and drive a positive working environment and culture of continuous improvement throughout your organization to achieve the best possible outcome from your resources. Your will lead the development of your teams to increase their skills and capability in readiness for internal progression and succession.

The successful candidate must be capable of translating objectives into a deliverable strategy to achieve business goals and create a competitive advantage of the product portfolio. Focusing on building a world-class team, utilizing and deploying Lean Six Sigma techniques, driving continuous improvement activities and achievement of superior performance across all KPIs (Key Performance Initiatives).

  • Defining the Vision & Driving Strategy for Supply Planning and Execution
  • Driving Transformation initiative and deployment of the Honeywell GDM and RR adoption
  • Driving and Establishing a culture of continuous improvement and process excellence
  • Build a culture of highly skilled and talented professionals in preparation for progression within Honeywell
  • Managing the Supply Planning function and process for your LOB
  • Oversea Physical Network Planning with Logistics & Inventory
  • Setting Policies around Service Level Strategies with the Business
  • Actively manage relationships with ISC Sites& Other regional distribution centre’s & planning teams
  • Monitor supply and demand imbalances and communication/escalate
  • Close involvement with Prod Marketing for NPI/EOL/Promotion/Projects/PLC
  • Detailed involvement in transition execution
  • Submitting the monthly Supply Plan
  • Chairing the LOB SIOP Supply Review Meetings
  • Attending Other SIOP meetings
  • Presenting Supply Plans and Scenarios in the Reconciliation and EXEC SIOP meeting

Basic Qualifications

  • Min 5+ years of experience in Supply, Production Planning, Materials Management or other Sales Inventory & Operations Planning related functional area.
  • Strong Experience with SAP ERP systems
  • S&OP/SIOP Knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.

  • Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers.

Desirable Qualifications

  • APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPF certification preferred
  • Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in a related operations management or supply chain management or equivalent
  • Six Sigma Green Belt min
  • Six Sigma Lean Expert
