About The Role

Frasers Group Asia is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our Malaysia office. This is a varied role that combines office management, executive support, payroll coordination, and HR administration.

As the face of the office, you will ensure a professional and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and stakeholders whilst supporting the wider business with administrative and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and office enquiries, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, including meeting room set-up, post distribution, deliveries, and office logistics.
  • Manage relationships with cleaning, security, facilities, and IT providers to ensure the office operates efficiently.
  • Maintain office supplies, stationery, equipment, kitchen, and communal areas to a high standard.
  • Coordinate office expenses, purchase orders, supplier invoices, and general administrative records.
  • Process shipments, arrange couriers, and support wider business operational requirements.
  • Take ownership of office health and safety, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Support payroll administration by coordinating employee data, payroll changes, and payroll-related queries.
  • Provide HR administrative support, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, recruitment administration, and employee engagement activities.
  • Build strong relationships across the business while continuously identifying opportunities to improve office processes and employee experience.

Technical skills

  • Previous experience in a Office Manager/HR role
  • Proficiency in office tools, especially  Microsoft Office .
  • Strong interest in continuous learning and employee development.
  • Malay  and  English  speaking.
