About the Role

As a Senior Interior Designer at Talent 360, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from vision to completion, driving design excellence while mentoring junior staff and managing high-level client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in large-scale commercial or residential projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the development of interior design concepts that align with client goals, budgets, and aesthetics
Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to effectively communicate design ideas
Develop spatial layouts, furniture arrangements, and circulation designs to optimize functionality and flow
Produce detailed construction drawings, specifications, and procurement documents
Select materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that enhance the design vision and meet project requirements
Manage junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to source materials and ensure quality execution
Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with the original vision
Collaborate with project managers to ensure designs stay on budget and on schedule
Producing and reviewing bill of quantities
Coordinating between project stakeholders (mep,structure,automation …etc)
