Global Marketing Operations Specialist

The Global Marketing Operations Specialist supports two core areas of Marketing operations

HCP (Healthcare Professional) contracting operations: Coordinate the contracting of healthcare professionals for Marketing engagements, helping to ensure processes, guidance, and tracking support timely , compliant, and efficient execution.

Marketing event operations: Support the improvement of end-to-end event processes, tools, and measurement standards, helping Marketing teams plan, deliver, and evaluate events consistently.

Across both areas, w orking with global and regional stakeholders, you will help create practical, scalable ways of working that balance global standards with regional needs. You will bring a resourceful, technology-minded approach to improving visibility, reducing manual effort, and supporting automation and AI-enabled workflows.

Your role

HCP contracting operations

  • Coordinate the end-to-end contracting process for Marketing engagements, from request initiation through approvals, contracting, signatures, payment, and required documentation.
  • Prepare and submit requests, gather required information, track approvals and key milestones, and follow up on outstanding actions to support timely completion.
  • Maintain clear visibility of active engagements, contracting status, ownership, deadlines, outstanding actions, and process risks.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, Finance, and other stakeholders to progress engagements through established processes.
  • Develop and maintain practical intake forms, templates, trackers, guidance, and standard workflows, and train Marketing teams on requirements, responsibilities, and expected timelines.
  • Identify recurring bottlenecks and opportunities to improve efficiency through process simplification, technology, automation, and AI-enabled workflows while maintaining required controls.

Marketing event process and operations

  • Develop and continuously improve consistent Marketing event processes and ways of working across regions.
  • Partner with regional and local teams to understand operational needs, pain points, and best practices and translate them into practical global standards.
  • Develop and maintain event intake processes, workback plans, checklists, trackers, briefing templates, and operating guidance.
  • Establish common event measurement standards linking objectives with registrations, attendance, engagement, lead follow-up, opportunities, pipeline, and post-event outcomes.
  • Define common KPI definitions, data requirements, ownership, handoffs, measurement templates, dashboards, and reporting guidance while accommodating regional requirements.
  • Support adoption through guidance, training, and best-practice sharing; address recurring process, tracking, data-quality, and reporting gaps; and provide targeted operational support for selected complex, new, or high-priority events.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify event workflows and reduce manual effort through technology, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.

You’re the right fit if

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Business, Operations, Event Management, Analytics, or a related field.
  • You have up to two years of relevant experience, including internships or entry-level roles involving process coordination, workflow optimization, contracting, events, or Marketing operations.
  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple requests, stakeholders, deadlines, and follow-up actions.
  • You communicate clearly, collaborate confidently across functions and cultures, and know when to escalate risks or issues.
  • You take a proactive and resourceful approach—seeking out information, connecting the right people, and finding practical solutions when the path is not immediately clear.
  • You are comfortable using AI tools and new technologies and eager to apply them responsibly to simplify workflows and improve efficiency.
  • You are comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets; exposure to workflow, contract-management, event-management, CRM, or reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical technology, pharmaceuticals, or another regulated environment is an advantage but not required .

Compensation & benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €48,611–€81,018 . We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.

This role is eligible for 3% incentive , with your rewards linked to KPIs/company results . We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
