• -Proven mastery in complex MEP integration, site controls, or IST.

Nice to have / Bonus

• -Cross-sector experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or advanced industrial facilities.
• -Track record leading hyperscale data center or greenfield mega-projects.
• -Interface directly with global clients in spoken English (The PM will assist with paperwork)

• -Project experience with Data Centres or Mission-critical facilities or Semiconductor manufacturing or Pharmaceutical or life sciences facilities
• -Ambitious Construction Manager, Commissioning Lead, or Senior Project Lead.
• -Thrive in high-stakes environments managing massive greenfield digital assets.
• -Assertive leader skilled at keeping global stakeholders aligned on-site.
